What should I do if I never receive the parcel?

Yes, we send jewelry and ornaments worldwide by EMS, and it usually takes 5-7 days to deliver after you have approved your custom jewelry and ornaments.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Currently, we prefer to accept ips as our main payment method because it is used widely for online business. More importanly, it is safe and secure for you. But if you do not have ips account, you can make a payment to ips directly through credit card.
What kind of currency do you accept?
At present, we only accept US dollars.
How can I make returns or exchanges?
